Used this with Dragon Medical 10.1 and it works with much higher precision that I expected. With Dragon installed, there are no extra drivers needed when installing this, just plug and go. Very expensive device and the cord is very long. Good when the computer in on the floor and the physician is standing at a counter, but can become unmanageable when using a laptop on the same counter with 8 ft of spare cord laying around.
