I got this headset as a part of Dragon Naturally Speaking Premium 11 Bluetooth. It comes with a Bluetooth adapter but if your computer has built in Bluetooth, you do not rally need the adapter. Just pair it with your computer or cell phone or whatever other device like iPod that you may want to use. The headset is very comfortable in the ear.

This headset has only one button, which does all the functions, depending upon how long you press the button. Pressing and holding it for 2 seconds, turns the headset on. Pressing the button and holding it for 4 seconds, turns the headset off. And you turn the microphone on and off by pressing the headset for one second. Primarily this headset is for Dragon Naturally Speaking or their Calisto series Bluetooth phone system but it works with other devices like any other Bluetooth headset. So if you bought Dragon Naturally Speaking Premium 11 without the headset and you would like to be untethered then this Calisto Bluetooth will work very well.

I’ve been using the microphone for about three months and it works fine both with Nuance NaturallySpeaking and with a soft phone program I have on my laptop called Cisco Unified Personal Communicator (CUPC). The conveniences of not having a wired headset is I don’t get tangled in the wire and I have much less to carry around. The disadvantage is it’s not as seamless to use as a wired headset. I would recommend this to anyone who needs it.
