    My reviews are simple and straightforward.

    The Good:
    * Excellent value (I bought this set for less than $…)
    * Quality- built to last
    * Ear hooks are fully adjustable for custom fit
    * Sound is very open, spatial balance is correct
    * Full frequency range

    The Bad:
    * Uncomfortable to wear for very long periods of time (speaker grill gently presses into the ear)
    * Even though it has several fittings and is completely adjustable, it may not fit small ears
    * Nitpicking here, but the volume control switch doesn’t have any raised area to differentiate its feel from the rest of the unit (the cigar-shaped piece)

    Excellent value for the sports-oriented crowd or those with laptops. Be aware the cord is not more than 5 feet long, so it won’t reach from the pc to the couch. Good sound with full range and open-aire feeling (something Sennheiser is well known for). Highly recommend.

    I like these earphones and for the price the sound quality is good.
    I wore these for the whole day taking them off for a few mins through out the day. The earphones fit perfectly for me.
    I do not use these for exercising.

    I really only wear headphones while working out, so while I can’t attest to all-day comfort or audiophile-level sound quality, I can say that these are far and away the best pair I’ve ever owned, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great set of sports headphones.

    Fit: I wear them for a variety of activities, from lifting weights to running to boxing to jumping rope, and these stay firmly in place during everything. This is a fantastic change from past headphones (a couple from Sony, one from Panasonic, and the stock pair with my Sony mp3 player) have all fallen out during one or more types of activity. The flexible ear hooks are a great feature, since everyone’s ears are shaped and sized differently.

    Sound: The quality is great, at least for what I need. The sound is always loud enough (I could barely hear my last pair, Sony MDR-as40ex, even at full volume), and the bass is more than adequate. And because they fit so snugly inside my ear and stay in place around my ear (rather than jiggling out, a problem I had with my Sony MDR-J10 pair), the sound stays consistent as well.

    Comfort: I use the earbuds without any of the included sleeves (rubber or foam), and they fit and feel just fine. I could see some discomfort wearing them this way for several hours, but that’s not applicable to my use so I don’t know for sure.

    Altogether, a fantastic pair and I’m very happy with my purchase. I bought the matching OMX-181 model for my wife, and she loves those as well (she actually USES headphones again because she can run without these falling out). Highly recommended all around.
