I have had a number of bluetooth products for my helmet and all have failed ultimately. I set this up last weekend. It was a breeze to install (my helmet Smith Variant) had a zipper and a place to put the headphones. The sound is great and the functionality is the best I have experienced. I used the phone and also streamed music from my iPhone. Both worked flawlessly. The voice control to answer phone calls is terrific. My only complaint is its almost impossible to use the controller with gloves on! Having to hold two tiny buttons down at the same time to activate voice command or simply starting and stopping music proved virtually impossible with gloves on!! On a freezing cold day, on a chairlift having to take your hands out or your gloves is annoying. Bigger buttons that are more sensitive would make this product a clear 5 out of 5.

Was very easy to set up. I enjoy the fact that it’s wireless but forget those buttons, hard to press and that’s without gloves on. I could only mount it on the left side which is a bit annoying. Good news is that with iPhone 4S you get to use Siri with this, of course you can pick up calls by saying PICK UP or something else that I forgot. The sound from the speaker is decent but def. not the best I have heard for this type of product. I am glad I bought it but it should be better. If you can answer a call by saying pick up you should be able to say “next song” or “pause” etc.
